Enda Larkin is an experienced consultant, a successful author and a regular blogger on leadership and other management topics. He is also Director of HTC Consulting, a Geneva based consulting firm delivering integrated business solutions to the European and international hospitality and tourism industry. Prior to establishing HTC in 1994, he has worked extensively in the hotel industry in Ireland, the UK and the US, and has also been an advisor with the Irish government agency for tourism development. Since 1994, he has led many diverse projects throughout Europe and the Middle East.

Enda Larkin holds a Higher Diploma in Hotel & Catering Management from the Dublin College of Catering, a B.Sc in Management from Trinity College, Dublin and an International MBA from ESCP-EAP, the European School of Management in Paris. He is also a qualified European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) Excellence Assessor, a published author and a regular contributor to a variety of industry related magazines and websites.
